VICTORIAN RESIDENCE

Our priority was to restore and streamline this beautiful turn of the century home, catering toward our client’s desire for harmony amongst the space. The Victorian style residence was built in 1891 featuring a living room that was divided into two parlors, each with a separate and unique fireplace. Our focus was to merge and showcase the fireplaces in one great room. We worked with Bellan Construction to combine the mantels and hearth with intricate joinery. The end result mirrors the sophisticated carpentry featured in the original construction. Keeping to a subtle palette and transitional furniture, we were able to provide our client with balance between the rooms. The woodwork throughout is paired with saturated accents, reflecting down to the details in the custom chairs and accessories.
